How to Reset the OSRAM LIGHTIFY Gateway
A “soft reset” of the OSRAM LIGHTIFY Gateway will log you out of your account and reboot your Gateway if it stops responding. To do this, simply locate the button on the bottom of the Gateway and hold it down for about 10 seconds. The logo will change from orange to green when the reset has been complete. You will then need to log back into your account within the app.
To completely reset the Gateway and all its contents, first make sure all your lights and accessories are powered on. This will ensure your smart lights and accessories will also reset as well. Then, in the LIGHTIFY app, go to Settings and select System Reset. You can also choose to completely delete your LIGHTIFY account at this time.
